Kayla Baker, OTA

Kayla Baker serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at Lawrence Street Healthcare Center and is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant dedicated to helping residents regain strength, independence, and confidence through compassionate, patient-centered care. With more than six years of experience leading interdisciplinary therapy teams, she oversees Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

In addition to her rehabilitation leadership experience, Kayla brings over ten years of experience working in community-based social services. Her diverse background has strengthened her commitment to advocating for individuals and helping them achieve their highest level of function and well-being.
