We accept admissions 7 days a week, including direct admissions from home, the emergency room, or from your physician’s office.

• Step 2: Come by for a tour! We accept walk-in tours 7 days a week.
• Step 3: We complete a clinical assessment of all potential admissions. If your loved one is in the hospital, your case manager can fax clinical information to 888-965-5994 or reach out to our admissions office. We are here to make this process easy for you. We also offer on-site evaluations at the local hospitals and in home if necessary.
