Heather Hurd is a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker with extensive experience serving individuals and families in long-term care settings throughout Navasota, Houston, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. She finds great fulfillment in supporting residents and helping them navigate the challenges and transitions associated with long-term care.
In addition to her long-term care experience, Heather has served as a hospital chaplain in both Houston and Colorado, where her clinical focus was Palliative Care. Her professional background also includes work with nonprofit organizations such as Catholic Charities, The Salvation Army, and homeless outreach programs in the Fort Worth area, reflecting her longstanding commitment to serving vulnerable populations.
Outside of her professional role, Heather enjoys participating in church activities, teaching life group lessons, and spending time with her family.
